RENTAL RATES

20% discount offered for nonprofit organizations

Rent increases $500 on Friday and Saturday during peak season in September, October, and November. Sunday rent during holiday weekends is the same as a Saturday.

Rental includes 15 60” round tables, up to 300 chairs and four portable bars available on-site.

Production fee for sound and light system is $500 if full PA package is needed for live entertainment or $250 for use of projector, podium, and two wireless mics.

Security is $30 per hour per guard. Required for events of 100 or more serving alcohol. Additional guards may be required at management discretion.

Brian Wagner

General Manager
Active in Nashville’s event venue space for much of his career, Brian helped open the Mercy Lounge and Cannery Ballroom nearly 20 years ago before spending nearly a decade at Ryman Auditorium.
Deborah Martinez

Executive Administrator
Wearing many hats on the Boedecker Collaborative Campus, Deborah leads accounting and administration for not only Riverside Revival, but property management and tenant communication for the entire campus.
Chef Nick Govrik

Executive Chef
Nick has 25 years of catering experience, a la carte dining, menu development, as well as back and front of house operations management in fine dining establishments. With extensive knowledge in special events, Chef Nick is committed to creating and fostering a positive environment that exceeds guests’ expectations and satisfaction.
Keshia Bailey

Marketing & Event Coordinator
A student of Business Law and Public Relations at MTSU, Keshia worked on campaigns for various state officials as well as other events in the hospitality and entertainment space. She possesses a natural talent for connecting with people from every walk of life. With a passion for music and community, Keshia has proven willingness to take on any task to support our team.
