Our Story
Riverside Revival is a part of the broader Boedecker Foundation Collaborative Campus, which sits on 2.5 acres at a centrally located intersection — Porter and Riverside — in the diverse and vibrant neighborhood of Inglewood in East Nashville. The vision of the Boedecker Foundation chairman, George B. Boedecker Jr., this multiyear development is owned and managed by the Boedecker Foundation.
Riverside Revival is a world-class music and event venue ideal for concerts, wedding receptions, corporate gatherings, holiday parties and celebrations. Tasteful features such as the original stained glass windows, chandeliers and balcony seats from the original 1951 church construction provide classic accents to the contemporary feel of this completely renovated, clean, well-appointed space complete with a best-in-class audio visual system complete with digital Allen Heath mixing console, line array speakers, and projector.
A full-scale commercial kitchen under the direction of veteran Executive Chef, Nick Govrik, takes events to the next level leaving guests’ palates completely satisfied and hosting an event easy and efficient. Housed in the old “church basement” the kitchen has adequate space for special pre or post function VIP gatherings or breakout sessions for corporate gatherings.
Events at Riverside Revival generate revenue that support the mission of the Boedecker Collaborative Campus which provides below market rent to many of the non profit organizations it supports. The campus also allows for sufficient parking for large vehicles and guests complimented by an abundance of street parking and a large low-cost pay lot across the street.
